Weight problem!!!! Please help me!!!!!!! I need the answers really badly! :'(?

Hi, I%26#039;m Lily. I%26#039;m 12 years old going to 13 this June. I weight 122 pounds and I am 5%26#039; 0%26quot; in height. IS THAT A GOOD WEIGHT FOR ME?? AM I FAT???????? PLEASE dont try to be nice, tell me the turth. I do feel chubby, and I wear a size 3 pants and now they%26#039;re sorta tight on me! I dont want to be fat! I know its becasue i eat too much junk food. Please tell me if i am fat and ALSO WHAT I CAN DO TO LOSE THE WEIGHT. I am thinnking of losing 30 pounds, 25 props. Please tell me if this is .o.k. I dont want to be fat, but i do want to be close to being skinny. NOT skinny, just close. So i want to be about 90 to 95 in pounds, is that .ok??? Please tell me the truth, i%26#039;d enjoy it more. SO... tell me if i am fat or skinny or whatever and ALSO tell me what i can do to lose about 30 pounds, or how much pounds you guys want me to lose..tell me though the number. KK. As the daughter of a fitness expert and certified trainer, I heard all my life that NUMBERS don%26#039;t matter. If you look like a pig and aren%26#039;t happy with yourself, then change it.





You are way to young to be thinking about losing such a drastic amount of weight. Just change your habits and get on the right track. Remember, you are going to continue growing in height over the next few years and your weight will even out.





If you ARE thinking of going on some sort of diet plan, contact your doctor first.
Reply:you are not fat! dont think of yourself that way. everyone%26#039;s body is different everyone is built different.


if you want to lose weight to get healthy (not skinny) eat healthy, lots of vegetables, fruits and whole grains. stay away from junk food even though its OK to have it occasionally. yogurt is a great snack and it provides calcium.





try to exercise at LEAST 3 times a week.


i don%26#039;t think you have to lose 30 pounds. try losing 10 -15 and see how you feel. the key is to be healthy and feel healthy not how skinny you are.

Wow 5%26#039; at 12! Nice! I am 5%26#039;1 and I am 25!


That weight is perfect for you. Have you talked to a physician or someone else about your feelings? As a trainer I can tell you that you could not lose 30 lbs and be healthy!


Please feel good about yourself, be active and eat healthy! Weight is only a number and means nothing! I have clients that weigh less than me but I am smaller than them as I have lean muscle mass!


You are perfect the way you are and remember you dont need people to tell you how you should look or feel!
Reply:According to my sister%26#039;s Dr she is under weight and her weight is 94lbs she just turned 14 and her Dr told her she needed to weigh about 150 lbs to me that sound%26#039;s like obese!





I when I was 14 I weighed 94 lbs to ! I dont think your over weight! besides you shouldnt be worry about your weight as this age I wish I weighed 122 lbs !!!

Reply:you may have a little extra meat around your tummy but you are NOOOO way near fat. im 13.. 5 feet too and weigh 116 and i feel fat too.( i just posted a question so if you could just read it ... its by looooooosssaa) anyway sorr.. you should stop eating as much junk food. also i think that losing 30 pounds is toooo much. try for 15 and if you asre not happy then lost 20 pounds. but if you are happy with your self then you ahve to change nothing

Reply:You can find your BMI and see whether you are an appropriate weight





Just go google and type in Bmi calculator you will need your height and weight to calculate your BMI it will tell you as well whether your %26#039;Overweight%26#039;, %26#039;Obese%26#039;, %26#039;Underweight%26#039; etc.
